Aromatherapy

I'm quick to pop an Excedrin if needed, but I always try to look for the natural alternatives before putting unnecessary chemicals in my body or environment. One thing that's been a HUGE help is essential oils. Lemon Balm oil is a life save for my headaches (I have a bottle on my desk and every time I feel one coming, I take a few deep breaths inhaling the aroma). I use peppermint oil to keep bugs (esp spiders) away during summer months, and rose and lavender oil in my room to help relax. Plus, my house always smells amazing. Here's a really great beginners guide to essential oils (it's a long but a easy read).
