Reshma hit me with that heat on the TED2016 stage. Thinking she was going to talk about coding and how it affected he life, she shocked me when she came for my neck by saying how her life and the way she (and most girls) lived it, affected her coding. This talk has made me reevaluate how much I left my fear of failing lead.
