Be your own best support

So, as per usual, life came at me fast. In all my 31 years on this earth, I still haven't mastered how to keep my routine while under stress, which is messed up cause my routine helps me be less stressed (suggestions to overcome this are always welcomed). That being said, work and traveling got me and I am sorry for missing two weeks of emails (now posts). And for those who held me accountable (read - pressed me), thank you!

We here now though! I was still kinda struggling with a topics, but then I was reading my email newsletters and a this popped up:

"The more we embrace that fact (because, yes, it is a fact) the more we can understand that nobody is perfect. And if nobody is perfect, WHY are we so hard on ourselves? Why are we champions for others and their missions but we don’t go as hard for ourselves?"

Let me hit this one more time for y'all in the back.... Why are we champions for others and their missions but we don’t go as hard for ourselves?

One of my oldest friends (oldest as in length of friendship, not her length of years on earth) hit me up the other day and told me she caught up with my emails, and that I have a gift. I think she was exaggerating but hearing it was nice. I needed the external push. Then I saw this and I was like but WHY do I need the external push? I can give everything I got to support my friends endeavors, but not even a quarter to my own.

*All of you who have known me for years or are my closest friends... please keep your eye rolls and your "I BEEN told you this". Thanks*
